Here is the part of my helical refinement result, but i don’t understand it. Kimi said it showed the Orientation deviation of my data. Is it true? What’s the color and the english angle mean? Could anyone explain it?

That’s a fairly standard angular assignment for helical data, as you’re viewing around the Z-axis - i.e. with the Z-axis aligned to the polar axis - and all projections come from the X/Y plane; any deviations in elevation beyond about 0.125pi would indicate either something has gone wrong or you’ve got some really bad particles hiding (not sure which)…
For more information, I’d recommend reading the Helical Reconstruction in RELION paper, the CryoSPARC guide regarding helical processing and any of Ed Egelman’s wide selection of publications (one linked) about helical analyses.
