I’ m very new to helical processing. In my case, filament tracer does’ work. But I can use template picker to do it.
Then I can get some good 2D.
Then, I used helical refinement to generate a initial model and tried to find symmetry parameters using symmetry search. It seems the twist and rise can not find correctly because the optimization converged to edgepoints and if I use the parameters which is the best, the resolution also can not push.
However, it seems ab-initial also can not work well.
