Helical particles shifting in one direction?

Hello all,

Just a quick question - I’m noticing in some cases that during helical refinement with a candidate symmetry imposed, the refinement seems to shift the particles heavily to one side of the meridian, resulting in a map that is ‘skewed’ to one side of the Z axis.

I feel like I’m missing something obvious here - would anyone be able to comment on why this might be happening? I can provide more details on the jobs and pre-processing as required.
