Get ctf correct micrographs

Dear All,

I have the movies aligned into micrographs. I want to get the movies correct for ctf and then start particle boxing. How can I get teh ctf corrected micrographs (within cryoSPARC env).

@Andy You might be looking for the Patch CTF Estimation job type.

If alignment was performed outside CryoSPARC, you may want to look at Import Micrographs.
