FSC curve data from a sharpening tool job

Hi all,

Is there a way to download the FSC curve data from a sharpening tool job? The refinement jobs include extra options to download this data so it can be replotted with other tools, but I cannot find the data from a sharpening tool job. Screenshots attached. Thanks for your help!

Hi @himanshumehra11,

There is not, but you can supply a mask to the FSC Validation job and this will return a text file of values to plot.

Thanks for your reply. I tried the FSC validation job using the sharpening tools’ job outputs (volume and mask), but it generates a plot and a text file with a value of 1 for each point in No Mask, Spherical Mask, and Input Mask columns. Can you please tell me what the issue could be here? I am attaching the plot here.

I’m sorry for the delayed response! The volume output by the sharpening tools job is the full, filtered and sharpened map. You will need to connect an input that has two half-haps as low-level inputs (such as one from a Non-uniform or Homogeneous Refinement). Sharpening is a treatment applied post-FSC measurement and thus sharpening will not affect the computed FSC.
