Currently the “Validation (FSC)” job only calculate FSC between two halfmaps, it would be nice to provide an option for FSC between ground truth volume and refinement output with resolution at 0.5 threshold labelled.

You can replace the halfmaps with other maps using the the low-level inputs.
Sorry for not state the problem clearly. I wish to add a y=0.5 line and label the resolution value which is hard to read from plot since x axis is nonlinear. Also it’d be nice to generate mask from first input (assume it’s ground truth) .
