Flex Mesh Prep: issue with segment connections when using only two segments

Hi all,

I am trying to run a Flex Mesh Prep job in Cryosparc v5.0.2 using a segmentation generated in ChimeraX. In my case, I only have two segments, so I defined a single connection as:

1198>1195

However, when I try to launch the job, I get the following error:

Parameter Segment connections tetra_segments_fuse_list

Must match the pattern: ^(\d+>\d+\s*,\s*)+\d+>\d+$

From this, it seems that the parameter might expect multiple connections rather than a single one.

Is it possible to run Flex Mesh Prep with only two segments (i.e., a single connection), or is more than one connection required?

Same Issue here! Not sure if this was already the case in cryoSPARC v4?
