After running a filament tracer job, I want to analyze the picking by the 4 diagnosis plots as it explain in the EMPIAR-10031 MAVS tutorial. I Can´t find them.

The filament tracer only plots the diagnostic plots for the first 10 micrographs by default. You can increase this value by changing the “Number of mics to plot” param. If you navigate to the first checkpoint on the event log, are you able to see the diagnostic plots?
