I am working on fibrils and i want to pick filament in the manual picker but i am unable to find it. Is there any option like that or can someone guide me how can i do?? I need filaments to proceed further.

Yeah I have seen the tutorial about it. Actually the problem is with my data, we have data of protein aggregates where the fibres are looking very heterogeneous, tangled and branched. The fibre length which between two branched section is around 300-400 px. When i run the job then it picks the fibres of bigger length and includes branches which is adding heterogeneity to the data that’s why we are exploring the options for manual filament picking. It would be a great help if you can guide me with it and how can i achieve a homogeneous data.
