Filament mode for manual picker? [feature request]

Hi, we have recently been doing some processing of filament data, and manual picking of filaments (to generate initial 2D averages for filament tracer, or training sets for Topaz, DeepPicker or crYOLO) seems rather tedious and error prone.

Would it be possible to add a filament mode to Manual picker, where the user selects the start and end of the segment, and picks are automatically added at evenly spaced points along the segment?
