[Feature request] Time selector for scheduling the start of job at (or after) a certain time

Long story short, for many people who use noisy workstations, it may be useful to run GPU-intensive tasks when no one is in the office.

Or cpu intensive tasks overnight (topaz) to not tank the GUi during heavy usage
