I am quite behind of the current speed of cryosparc updates, so perhaps this feature is already implemented. But I am just wondering whether it would be a good idea to be able to make some jobs global in the same project, so that they will automatically appear in every workspace created. Such jobs could include CTF estimate, particle extraction, etc. It is just a little tedious to go back and forth to set up jobs in different workspaces using the same set of micrographs or particles for example. And this creates a high energy barrier for me to keep my jobs more organized by workspaces 
@chenzhao You could try using Link Job through Multi Actions which allows you to link all selected jobs to another workspace(s) in the same project. Let us know if that works for you!
