I often use the mask_fsc to run 3DVA. It would be nice to have an fsc_mask output ready from refinements to drag to 3DVA as input, so the job could be queued before the refinement finishes. Currently, I manually import the fsc_mask volume after the refinement runs. Any workaround to queue 3DVA with fsc_mask would be appreciated.
OK, it looks like you can drag the volume_mask_fsc from refinement output to the lower level results in the mask section for 3DVA. Just drag the refinement mask as input, then replace it with the volume_mask_fsc from volume output.
