[feature request] Can I continue a failed job?

I lost an abinitio job that had been running almost 20 hrs very likely due to my vmd launch on a same GPU machine.

Can I continue a failed job?

For example, Gaussian (QM calculation tool) allows checkfile to continue a stopped job.
