Hi All,
I performed motion correction on a dataset on cryosparc live, transferred both patch_aligned_doseweighted.mrc micrographs and patch_aligned.mrc micrographs to another workstation for further processing.
However, I am not able to extract particles from the patch_aligned_doseweighted.mrc micrographs while patch_aligned.mrc micrographs worked fine.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues when transferring motion corrected micrographs from cryosparc live?
