Is it possible to extract without normalizing particles?
I found in discussion “The particles are normalized on a per-micrograph basis (so that variations in ice thickness across a single micrograph are maintained).”
It is a fairly rare use case outside conventional SPA processing. Can be done in relion, but afaik, not in cryosparc.

There isn’t currently a way to do this in CS, but it would be great to understand where and how you would use non-normalized particles.
