Extract particles of a non-uniform refinement job from different Patch Motion outputs

Hi,
I have perfomred different patch-motion correction jobs on the same dataset/movies (will refer to as A and B)
I have processed the data with one of the patch-motion corrected micographs (“A”), and my final non-uniform refinment job (“A-NU final”) has a reasonable value.
I would now like to re-extract the particles of the non-uniform refinement job (“A1-NU final”) from a diffferent patch-motion corrected micographs (B).
Is there a way to do this?
I tried connecting the different patch-motion corrected micographs (B) with the final non-uniform refinement job (A-NU final) in a Extract job, but no particles were extracted.

I’m using Cryosparc v4.2.0

Yes, you can do this using the “Reassign Particles to Micrographs” job:
