I am new here in this community, learning reconstruction everyday. I am working helical reconstruction. I extracted helical segment from relion and input start file in cryo-SPARC. then, I want to export cryoSPARC initial model file to relion auto refine as relion as different parameter fro helical reconstruction.
In autorefine step in relion, It ask to add star file having all particle and reference map.
I uploaded relion extracted start file and initial model mrc file as reference map. It shows this err: ERROR:
MlOptimiser::read: size of reference image is not the same as the experimental images!
Do you have any solution for this err?
