Hi,
I am trying to export particles we got in cryosparc to relion. I used csparc2star.py script in pyem. But the output star file has not beam tilt parameters.
In cryosparc global ctf refinement job output, I can see such parameters. But I have limited knowledge about how to translate those into star file.
Could someone help me?
We are using 3.3.2 version cryosparc, and the latest pyem scripts.
