I would like to export particles from an extraction job, not to use them in another SPA software (e.g., RELION), but to directly manipulate the single-particle images. Is there a way to get an .mrc stack that contains my extracted particles directly?
Welcome to the forum @johnskal. Does the extract/ subdirectory of the extraction job directory contain what you are looking for?
Seems like it! I will need to combine the stacks from each micrograph separately, but more or less I can work with this, thanks a lot!
