Is it possible to export the particle picks and not just the extracted particles from live? I really just want to run Inspect Picks thresholding using the linear correction on the whole dataset and don’t care about the live extractions. I’m realizing that any export already has the (uncorrected for defocus) thresholds from live applied, because those were the only picks extracted in live.
@DanielAsarnow , it is not possible to export the particle picks and not just the extracted particles from Live.
It’s unfortunate because it means that particle picking always has to be repeated when only picking thresholds need to be applied. (And particle picking is slow, because not parallelized).
