I managed to estimate Local resolution of half maps with mask all generated by Relion, but it seems i still need the sharpened map according to the local resolution.
I used the sharpen tool in cryosparc but the output map was bad and apparently not match with the reported resolution, and the output of Local filter was better, can i use the local filtered map to exhibit the localresolution?
