Error with large boxsize: skcuda.cufft.cufftAllocFailed

i tried to calculate the map with 1,024 boxsize, my workstation equipped with RTX 3090 24GB and a RAM memory of 128 GB, but i can not calculate successfully. the wrong message is here. i wonder that whether 1024 boxsize can be handled in cryoSPARC, the version of cryoSPARC is V3.15.0. thank you for you help!

Hi @hanwenyu, which job type was this? Homogeneous refinement, or Non-uniform Refinement (New)?

It’s Homogeneous Refinement…
I also chose non-uniform Refinement to calculate it, but this time it told me it need 8GB more memory to allocate…
