Error message in Symmetry search utility (BETA)

Dear cryoSPARC team
I am testing the helical symmetry search utility. It worked fine when I searched by “pitch” and “number of subunits per turn”. However, for the same volume input, I encountered this error message when I searched by “rise” and “twist”, Any ideas?

Hi @Jerry ,

Which version of cryoSPARC are you running?

Best,
Michael
