It would be useful to have the option (independent of the diagnostic generated by patch CTF) to switch the micrograph viewer in Curate exposures between a view of the real space image and the FFT, perhaps with a reciprocal space ruler to measure the resolution of individual peaks and/or rings, and the capacity to adjust brightness/contrast.
This would be useful in the niche case that one is screening images of crystalline or fibrous samples, but also potentially for pixel size calibration, by allowing one to easily measure the precise resolution of the (111) gold reflection, as described by Naydenova & Russo.
