Hello Team, I am currently in the EMDB deposition phase, having obtained my final map via a non-uniform refinement job involving 1.1 million particles. The particles and volume (from a single class) utilized in this final non-uniform refinement were derived from a preceding hetero refinement job. My query pertains to the “final classification” and “final reconstruction” sections (image attached). What should be indicated for the “number of classes” in the final classification, and what should be specified as the “number of classes used” in the final reconstruction?
