EER support in MotionCor2 wrapper

There’s no option to specify EER files as the input movies when using the MotionCor2 wrapper, even though MotionCor2 supports EER files. Could this functionality be added?

Will need to add an EerSampling parameter and an option to upload a FmIntFile.
