Would it be possible to add the option of downsampling movies upon importing them?
This would be specially useful for those wishing to perform a quick assessment of the data and/or who have collected data in super-resolution mode with the K2 camera. I know it’s possible to downsample particle stacks, but would be nice to be able to do it from the very beginning of the pipeline.
