We have a cluster on NAS and when jobs are successfully deleted from the CS webapp they are not syncing with the project directory. Is there a setting we need to adjust in cryosparc to allow for them to sync?

The effects from deleting jobs with large processing outputs or from deleting many jobs may not be observed instantly. Also, the job directory itself and selected files inside may be left behind after deleting a job, but job processing outputs, like *.mrc or *.cs, and job.log should have been removed. If you found otherwise, please check for errors in the command core log, using commands like
cryosparcm log command_core
or
cryosparcm filterlog command_core -l ERROR
