Delete bad raw data

Hi all,

I’m looking for a way to delete specific movies from a dataset, such as those worse than 5Å. Is there a tool that can do this?

Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. I’m wondering whether it would be a good idea to incorporate this into the main program as a utility job in the future.

Definitely agree improving the micrograph handling in the UI would be good - perhaps an option to remove the non-doseweighted micrographs only when clearing Motion Correction jobs?
