Hi,
When one uses Volume Tools to (for example) resample the map, the resulting volume is always named “output_volume.mrc”. For convenience, it would be useful if it was automatically named in some way that related to the input volume (or just the volume tools job number).

Also it would be great if volume tools accepted multiple inputs - often I want to resample a bunch of maps, e.g. from a heterogeneous refinement job, it would be convenient to be able to run that in one job
Would be great if jobs with volume outputs had built-in volume tool options to help clear the clutter (fewer jobs in the workspace and fewer going back and forth to see what is what). Let me resample and crop in the same job and if the job has multiple outputs, zip them all together for download. It would help reduce the local map storage requirements on the fly.
