Deep Picker Train: No particles corresponding to input micrographs were found

Dear colleagues,

Running the Deep Picker Train (BETA)

I got the following issue

[CPU: 580.4 MB] Traceback (most recent call last):
File “cryosparc_worker/cryosparc_compute/run.py”, line 85, in cryosparc_compute.run.main
File “cryosparc_worker/cryosparc_compute/jobs/deep_picker/run_deep_picker.py”, line 255, in cryosparc_compute.jobs.deep_picker.run_deep_picker.run_deep_picker_train
AssertionError: No particles corresponding to input micrographs were found. Ensure that non-zero particle picks were input and that the particle picks are from the input micrographs.

I tried also running without threads, but the process again stopped without giving any error.

Is there any solution?

Kind regards,
Dmitry

Were there any errors in job.log?

no, there was nothing …

Please can you post

  • contents job.json for this job
  • the job type that produced the input particles
  • the job type used for particle picking
