for this job?
Just in case you have tried Deep Picker Inference on this dataset with an earlier CryoSPARC version: did it succeed? This question is just out of curiosity; I am not suggesting you downgrade for this purpose.
Please can you try a worker test with the --test gpu and --test-tensorflow options?

I was able to run this program if I used 64 in the patch size (Deep Picker Train Job) instead of 256. I am not sure why it works but it works fine. In the past (version < 4), Deep Picker has worked fine on the same dataset.
