my tif runs patch ctf correctly, but it can’t run ctffind4
dose anyone know why?
this is a really small protein, about 55A. I see that someone suggest using ctffind4 would do better than patch ctf on some cases like this.
my pixel size is about 0.5.
i think this should be sufficient?
