Sorry this is probably a dumb question but I can’t find the answer anywhere. Which motion correction/ CTF correction algorithms are used by cryosparc live? Is it patch motion and patch ctf, or something else? I’m wondering if it’s worth re-running patch CTF after live is done.
Correct, using the same algorithms as are used in the regular CryoSPARC interface.
There should be no need to re-run these steps outside the Live session unless you suspect that motion correction and ctf estimation were run in Live with suboptimal parameter settings.
