After investigation, it is because the python process is abnormally stuck. This problem occurs every week or so

shows any errors at a time step preceding the observed UI lag?
What is the URL shown in your web browser’s address bar when you access the web UI (why?)?

To help us look into a possible connection of the defunct python process to the UI lag, please can you share the tgz file created by the command
cryosparcm snaplogs
with the CryoSPARC developers.
