CryoSPARC Web Interface stop updating

Hi, recently our CryoSPARC web interface frequently stops updating interactively unless one refreshes the web browser.
Running “cryosparcm restart” could fix the issue, but the issue quickly came back again.

I wonder if there is a command to restart the web interface without interrupting the current jobs.

Please can you post a screenshot that illustrates the state of the GUI when it fails to update?
Are freezes triggered by certain types of interactions with the GUI, not by others?

On CryoSPARC v3, you can run
cryosparcm restart webapp
