CryoSparc to Relion data transfer

Hi,
I have converted my particle stack and particle passthrough files from Cs to star. However, when I import them into Relion and I want to display them or run other jobs on them, I get this error:
Cannot read file J177/extract/011646309142270217010_FoilHole_10455884_Data_10451797_10451799_20230111_114719_fractions_DW_particles.mrc It does not exist

How can I fix this?

Hi Freza, see the “Relion project setup” section in Dan’s detailed instructions. The relative path of the particles referenced in the star file must be accessible within the relion project directory and for this you can make symbolic links pointing to the original particle location, if they were extracted in cryosparc.
