We recently upgraded Cryosparc from 3.3.2 to 4.0.2 on our cluster. The upgrade seemed to have executed succesfully and command_core, database, and webapp logs do not show any issues.
However, after getting past the login page, the webpage shows a spinning wheel that loads forever.
