CryoSPARC Live v4.6.2 - Unable to view micrographs and curate data

Hello!

I recently conducted a data collection on our microscope and used a live session to view the data as it came out. Normally, we have been able to view the micrographs individually and do curations, but for the last two months, we have not been able to open the tabs inside the live session, and have only been met with “Loading…” as shown below:

I talked with our IT liaison, and he found the following lines of script that had been repeating themselves since I started the session:


Anyone have an idea as to what might be happening?

On CryoSPARC v4.6.2, you may try running the following command on the CryoSPARC master computer, under the CryoSPARC-designated Linux account:

cryosparcm restart command_vis

If that command restores the display, you may have experienced an issue that has been fixed in CryoSPARC v4.7.0.

This seems to have fixed our issue. However, we are going to update to v4.7 soon and need some time to verify that this issue has disappeared. We will update as soon as we confirm that the issue is gone.
