I am unable to run Patch Motion Correction on super-resolution movies with cryoSPARC Live. Our GPUs are GTX 1080Ti (11 GB GPU RAM) and typical movies are 40 frames, 50 e/A^2, 0.54 A/pix.
Is there a way to pass the Patch Motion Correction option Reduce GPU Memory Usage to a job initiated in cryoSPARC LIve?
K3 super-res? I believe there is a patch for Live you can apply that fixed memory problems for us.
