Cryosparc Live preprocessing wait time / file checking

Hi,
Is it possible to set a wait or delay time for the preprocessing for Cryosparc Live?
We are transferring files via a rather slow route to the processing machine and it takes about 10-30 s for a movie to arrive (F4 camera, 1.25 GB each). We get input/output errors in Cryosparc Live

Alternatively, can you change the way Cryosparc checks for new files that it looks for a fully arrived/closed file rather than available/open/not fully transferred files?

Have you tried playing with the Minimum File Size and Minimum Last Modified Time Delta parameters?
