Seems like this issue has reared its ugly head again. CS Live will not find any of the exposures i put in.
@francis.reyes Please provide additional details:
- What are the installed CryoSPARC version and patch?
- Are the exposures “seen” in the regular CryoSPARC interface?
- Is this the first (and only non-paused) Live session for these data?
- Please describe the storage that holds the raw data.
- Please post a screenshot of the the Exposure Group column in the session’s Configuration section
It was very odd as after waiting for awhile, it seemed to pick up the movies.
It was CryoSPARC 4.3.1
The exposures were seen not only in the regular CryoSPARC interface, but also showed up as a set of exposures in the ribbon of CS Live, but were ‘queued’
Yes it was the only first Live session for the data.
The data is on an S3 bucket mounted with fuse.
I do not have a screenshot of the Exposure Group, however, it did not have continuous import on if i recall correctly.
