Cryosparc live not able to see exposures

Hello,

This issue has resurfaced for me. Regular CryoSPARC is able to see my TIFFs but not Live.

I am not version v4.7.1+251124.

Please help.

Welcome to the forum @vish. Please can you post the outputs of these commands, which may help in troubleshooting the issue:

  1. replace P99 and S1 with actual project and session IDs of the live session that could not “see” the tiff movies
    cryosparcm rtpcli "get_session('P99', 'S1', 'exposure_groups')"
  2. replace P99 and J199 with actual project and job IDs of an Import Movies job that could “see” the tiff movies
    cryosparcm cli "get_job('P99', 'J199', 'type', 'params_spec', 'started_at', 'status')"

@vish we were unable to recreate this problem in our testing, but we did notice that your session configuration is in an odd state.

Could you try deleting the problematic exposure group and recreating it and seeing if that helps?
