Cryosparc live export exposures

Hi,

Just a quick and simple question. When using “export exposures” in cryosparc live, the job appears in workspace is called “import movies”. However, there are some motion-related and ctf-related results in this “import movies” outputs tab, so I assume they are not “movies”, but exposures processed with motion-correction and ctf, am I right?

Hey @Feng10,

That’s correct. When you export exposures out of cryoSPARC Live, the resulting Import Movies job will have outputs for all the different results created by the Phase 1 RTP Worker. This includes the raw movie stacks, the dose-weighted and non-dose weighted motion-corrected micrographs, the motion trajectories and the CTF estimation values. You can use these outputs as inputs for other jobs downstream.
