i have installed patch but still im facing same issue. need help

Please can you describe the issue:

  • what you were trying but failed to do
  • any error messages you observed
  • the CryoSPARC version
  • whether an update to the latest CryoSPARC version would be possible
  • the history of the project, including the history of moves between and imports to this or other CryoSPARC instances
