Cryolo picking and cryoSPARC

Hi!

Is anybody using Cryolo for picking? Is it possible to import .box files from cryolo to cryoSPARC?

Hi @lukaszmilevski, both Cryolo and Cryosparc (partially) are integrated in Scipion (http://scipion.i2pc.es)

You can import box file in Scipion and then proceeed to Cryosparc from Scipion.

ANother option would be to find for existing script to conver box files to star file or make your own (I’m not aware of any).
