Is there a way to combine sets of templates from Select 2D jobs? I have a dataset with a lot of orientation bias where the classes representing the side view (the less common view) weren’t very clean, so I selected the side views separately and ran another 2D class and select 2D on those. Now, I want to do a Rebalance 2D Classes using the classes from both the common view and the less common view, but they are in separate Select 2D outputs and the Rebalance 2D job will not allow connecting more than one set of templates.
@camittacm Did you consider a union of the particles represented by the selected templates from both jobs?
@wtempel I tried making a particle set, but I still can’t connect more than one set of class averages to Rebalance 2D.
