Colour coding job tagging options or manual job order curation

Hi
I am working on some very complicated workflows that iterate many jobs on slightly different regions of micrographs. I am using descriptions to organize these into iteration blocks of sorts, but am finding sometimes the jobs are becoming non-continuous because i occasionally delete a job or run an extra job which breaks up the logical blocks of jobs that correspond to a given iteration. I find myself confused about which jobs belong to which iterations. I thought it would be really cool if:

A: you can manually arrange jobs for logical progression rather than all jobs being in chronological order.

Or

B: a tagging ability to either colour the window or perhaps the window border in any chosen colour, such that jobs specifically related can be very easily associated by the user.

I know that when you click on a job you can see the related ancestor and descendent jobs, but it would be useful to be able to more specifically group jobs without clicking on them individually.

Cheers,
James.

Hi @jimhbean , thanks for your post. Are you aware of the Job Groups functionality? It was introduced in CryoSPARC v4.6.
