If I select multiple similar classes for refinement after an ab initio or multi-reference refinement run, does the class probability threshold pertain to the probability that a particle is in its assigned class? Or the probability that it belongs to any of the selected classes? It seems like it ought to be the latter, but I’m not sure if this is what CryoSPARC is doing.
